About Jody

I work collaboratively, in a non-judgmental, client-centered, creative, accepting space. As a family systems therapist, I recognize how much that system influences one’s perspectives and sometimes, struggles.

I work with individuals from 5 to 85, members of the LBGTQIA+ community, couples, and families on issues that include anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, body dysmorphia, and trauma. I use an integrative perspective, including strength-based, psychodynamic, solution-focused, humor, and play.

I feel honored and privileged to have the opportunity to hear people’s stories, and respect the trust that it takes to share them. Together we can develop insights and tools to find more understanding, compassion and joy.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree from Edgewood College. I offer telehealth appointments in the state of Wisconsin, and in-person office visits in Madison.

If you are looking for a therapist, I’d love to connect with you.
